Reinvention is ultimately about living your truest life possible so that every day you wake up and know your are on the right track - doing something you love and being the person you want to be (instead of the one who is always hiding out to make others happy)! “Life magic happens when we follow our hearts and let go of the things that don’t belong to us.” In our one-on-one one hour coaching sessions we will revisit the home of your truth and return to it by being curious, using tools of imagination, art, and meditation so you can identify your resilience and begin returning to living your dream!

I will encourage you to explore your inner world and your dreams, bringing awareness to places where you get stuck to release and transform pain, fears, stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, and old meaning making. The answers you seek are available by accessing your inner knowing, your own innate wisdom. You are always creating your life.

Transform the story you no longer want to tell ... by following the wishpers and breadcrumbs as you hear and listen to your true internal desires and tell a new story remembering and celebrating the story of you… the work you will do will last a lifetime.

A Lg Playshop is an opportunity to gather with other women who are curious and on a journey to be the best they can be. A Let's Gather workshop creates safe space to help identify, let go, and heal something that is holding you back from living the story you are meant to live.

The experience is a trust circle. Where those in the circle can let go and be guided to listen to their heart. This trust circle is about being part of an environment of encouragement, listening and compassionate support. A place where ideas, stories, and feelings are shared, respected, and protected and judgement has no space. Each participant is in service to themselves and each other. The power of trust creates: safety, freedom, comfort, healing, protection, feeling of being loved, and personal growth.

Release. In the event, you will transform the story you no longer want to tell ... to follow the ahas, wishpers and breadcrumbs to hear and listen to your true internal desires to begin to tell a new story; It is about remembering and celebrating the story of you. You will begin to see things differently either through emotion, seeing it differently, or letting it go. Release happens when you say things out loud, hear yourself, and be heard. And ultimately we will celebrate in a release ceremony, a physical, creative, and energetic removal from your body.

I’m holding a gathering, a fun opportunity to for you to experience; something that may spark your soul. 

 A story telling event meant to bring you home and remind you of who you are. 

 May it inspire change, encourage creativity, and connect you to your dreams.

 On January 13, February 13th, March 13th, 2025 Outside ( the star forest ),  at my home/ cottage. It’s a storytelling event encouraged by principles of Lg – I’m calling it the Lg Monologues

 All stories shared are told, not read, and are true, non-fiction, and authentic.
